Should each field have different retirement age ?

We will checking difference in working conditions, equality among careers, potential scenarios that the society will evole into, how each group will react and potential substitue solution.
Agreement side
Basically, the argurments are boided down to
- Different careers have different requirements for their jobs. Some is quites labor intensive, ie working in mining field are very hazardous. Workers in these field are more susceptile to cancer, shorted life span and other sickness. Some careers have later start point. For example, PhD spend 4-5 years in schoold and other 4-5 years in lab. They usually working in better conditions with less labor intensive tasks.
Disagremnt side
What could happend if that policy is implemeneted ? Which careers could have lower retirement age, which must have higher retirment age ?
